I know the ins and outs of the job as seen on TV/News and things intentionally hidden from the media! There's more to this job than "Anything to declare?" I took the polygraph yesterday. Halfway through, I had to stop the exam to update the background info because I remembered that I had smoked weed 3x instead of 2x. Now I am waiting for the background check to come back. Is there still hope for me?

I was overstayed in the state more then a year because my abusive usc husband ( hold my passport, lied to me that he file request to extend my visit, refused to adjust my status) my b2 is still vaid

I am born and raised in Canada, but I happen to have been born to parents who are born in Iran , what additional problems will I have entering the USA & applying for a greencard as a physician? I do not have a valid Iranian passport/ID etc

I wanted to ask you how easy is it to transfer if I get the job with the TSA or working with the Customs and Border Protection as student trainee, will it be easier to transfer to CBP Officer? Please let me know. Thank You

Hello am a US permanent resident Am planning on coming to the US with a boarding foil after spending 10 months will I have issues with CBP officers? second question is how long does it take before I get my boarding foil? Thanks

I got my approval for my COS B2 after 9 months pending. New l94 is until Sept 14 , received Sept 18 ! so I need to leave asap . Booked flight for Sept 30. My overstay can be " understanding " in regard I booked flight once I got notice ? Thank you
